Love my hair, I am not happy with the service I received on the day I went to have my hair installed. The lady who installed my hair, Palesa, kept telling me how hungry she was and how tired she had been from being on her feet all day. I sympathized with her, even though she did not style my hair according to the style I chose. The last straw was when she finished with my hair, she left me there and didn't even untie my cape,I had to ask another lady to help me. What's worse, I bumped into Palesa outside the store and she didn't even ask if I was happy with hair or anything of that sort. All in all, I did not have a good first time experience. To think I was so excited and looking forward to the experience.

Hi, To be honest I'm happy about the wig. It totally looks different from the one ordered. The wig has pumps and it was not stretch, putting moisturiser. The sides of the wig is fluffy but the is like steelwool. They just prepare and ship as it is. Phela I got attracted by what I see on hair majesty, I was expecting same hair I saw on Zintle wearing. But I got the shock of my life. The wig is also big for my head, I'm sending it back to guys. I even told myself that maybe is because I bought cheap wig that is why I'm getting what I got. My expectations were I will receive the wig Zintle is wearing. You will receive your wig in few days, the packaging is on point but what is is inside, I even told myself that this is not what I have ordered.

Received my Olivia 8” on time, however I chose small size 52 but I got something else( very bi)… worse part it was too long for me almost like a 10”… I drove more than 40km to take the unit to Mall of Africa for possible trimming to the advertised length… ladies told me to send it back for trimming otherwise I must pay 280 to customise, really how will they get it right this time without measuring my head circumference like I needed this wig for the next day plus it’s not my fault that they gave me a bigger size… not impressed period…otherwise the hair quality is good but your system failed me therefore I’m not sure if I’ll ever purchase your hair
