The hair is beautiful, I love it. I just had to wait for too long for it to be delivered, and I was told it's because of the backlog, other than that I'm happy with my purchase, they even included the Hair majesty lace glue spray for free 👌
So here's what I liked: The bundles at the back are really nice: soft, full, and the length is exactly as described. Delivery was fine, I ordered on a Tuesday and received it the following Monday, which was within the stated timeframe. The letdown for me was the closure. The hair there just isn’t the same quality as the bundles, I've only had the hair for a week it’s already tangling, even though I maintain it daily with water, leave-in, and a wide-tooth comb. It’s also quite sparse for a wig of this size, so you can actually see the tracks underneath. I also paid extra for customisation. It did arrive pre-plucked (I think), but the knots were not bleached, so I still had to pay a stylist to customise it for me. Also, and this is not really on them, but just a note to others who might want to order, the recommended medium cap size is quite big, and was definitely too big on me (and I don't think my head is that small, lol). Overall, the bundles are lovely, but the frontal and the incomplete customisation were really a let down for me.
