Packaging of this particular product was done with little to no care, with residue on the outside of the bottle,looks like I bought it from the supermarket at one of the dodge stores

The courier people were a nightmare, so not organized.When I first received the delivery message I opted to receive my parcel at Viva garage but they neither confirm nor deny.I waited for hours at Shell garage which is 5km from my home whereas Viva garage is 5 minutes drive from my place.The first lady rumaged through all the parcels looking for my parcel to no avail. I called the one who sent me a message in the morning, she insisted that my parcel was with the one who arrived at Shell first.It was only after she called her friend who was delivering at Mams Mall Viva garage, the same place they denied me to receive my parcel from, that they realized that my parcel is still in Mams Mall with the other courier. I received my parcel around 8pm after being at Shell from 17h30.
Got my order within 3days and i am happy with the delivery.
