Whilst I liked the special, I was rather disappointed by firstly the time it took to receive my delivery. If I had not sent a follow email 4 days since I made the purchase, I don’t know how long I would have had to wait. I stay in Centurion and should have at least received my delivery within 3-4 days but it took 8 days. Suggestion, if there’s a delay with deliveries, keep your customers informed. Secondly I’m unhappy with the hair quality, it’s shedding like there’s no tomorrow. I haven’t even wore it yet.
