The texture is good I'm happy about it but the only problem I have with the hair it's the corners after cutting the lace on the front ,the corners don't look nice when wearing it ,it's like it's hanginand I couldn't pick that up before cutting the lace I only picked that after cutting and the policy says I can't return it ,so yah I'm stuck with that problem.

Love my hair, I am not happy with the service I received on the day I went to have my hair installed. The lady who installed my hair, Palesa, kept telling me how hungry she was and how tired she had been from being on her feet all day. I sympathized with her, even though she did not style my hair according to the style I chose. The last straw was when she finished with my hair, she left me there and didn't even untie my cape,I had to ask another lady to help me. What's worse, I bumped into Palesa outside the store and she didn't even ask if I was happy with hair or anything of that sort. All in all, I did not have a good first time experience. To think I was so excited and looking forward to the experience.
