Dear Hair Majesty Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with the service I received from Hair Majesty. On [date], I placed order HM211978 with your establishment. Unfortunately, the entire experience has been marred by poor service and a severe lack of communication.
From the outset, I found myself having to continuously call your contact number, 071 413 4065, just to obtain updates on my order. After numerous attempts, I finally received my order. However, upon receipt, it became apparent that there was a sizing issue with the product. Consequently, I visited your store at Hair Majesty Mall of Africa to rectify the problem.
During my visit, I spoke with Hope, who informed me that I needed to send an email to sales@hairmajesty.co.za to arrange for a pick-up of the incorrect-sized item. I promptly complied and sent the email on 15th April 2024. The courier arrived on the same day at 15:29, yet I was instructed to collect the wig from the store, as advised by Hope.
Subsequently, I followed up with your store to ensure that the wig was indeed collected. However, despite my efforts, I received no response. On 19th April 2024, at 11:56, I attempted to contact your store again, only to encounter unanswered calls and no effort to return my inquiries. As of today, 23rd April 2024, I have still not received any communication from your store regarding the status of my order.
The level of service I have received from Hair Majesty is, quite frankly, appalling. It is disheartening to see such disregard for customer satisfaction and basic communication etiquette. I expected better from a reputable establishment like Hair Majesty.
As a result of this experience, I regret to inform you that I will not be patronizing your store in the future. Furthermore, I will be sharing my negative experience with friends, family, and colleagues, discouraging them from conducting business with Hair Majesty.
I trust that you will take this complaint seriously and take appropriate measures to address the issues raised. I sincerely hope that improvements will be made to prevent other customers from enduring similar frustrations in the future.
